My Invitation Is Invalid or Belongs to Another Account

Before you begin

  • The original invitation email

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Compare the invitation recipient address with the EmberBid account currently signed into the browser.

  2. 2

    If they differ, choose Continue with invited email or sign out manually.

  3. 3

    Sign in or create an account using the exact invited email, then complete email verification and MFA if required.

  4. 4

    Open the original invitation link again and accept it.

  5. 5

    If the link is expired, revoked, replaced, or already used, ask an Owner or Administrator to send a new invitation.

Important to know

  • Invitations expire after seven days and can be accepted only once.
  • Accepting membership does not grant paid Quotes or Quote templates access.
  • An account linked to multiple organizations may require platform support under the current one-organization policy.
